We want you to love your Aliens sunglasses. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days. Please review the details below.


1. Return Window

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Unworn & Undamaged: Sunglasses show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

  2. Original Packaging: Return in the original hard case, branded box, and any protective sleeves or pouches.

  3. Complete Accessories: Include all items shipped with your order—lens cloth, extra nose pads, temple‑tip sets, and any promotional gifts.

  4. Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or packing slip inside the return package.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@bealien.co.uk within the 14‑day window with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed instructions.

  3. Pack your items securely, attach the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • Defective/Wrong Item: If your sunglasses arrive damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.

5. Inspection & Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we inspect it to confirm eligibility (allow 3–5 working days).

  • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days of inspection.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

  • Exchanges are processed immediately upon inspection and shipped free of charge.

6. Non‑Compliant Returns

  • Returns that fail to meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., damaged frames, missing accessories, custom-engraved items) may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

  • If we cannot refund or exchange, we will return the package to you at your expense.
